Absolutely Thousand Island. But normally, to tweak the taste, I'll add some lemon juice, and also black peppers....

I usually dont go for either of those dressings. I like differnet ones like sundried tomato and stuff like that. I also like things that are going to be lower in calories, but sometimes I like stuff like blue cheese dressing. There are a number of good salad dressings out there. I just think I like a lot of them, oil and vinegar and russian are OK.

hi craicha^^;; i love to eat fresh veggies too like on your list but with bell pepper and onions but except the egg and fries as i eat them separately lol. so if i prepare my own, i like the Thousand Island dressing and never liked oil and vinegar it in. I also like honey mustard or just a simple mayonnaise and ketchup mix if i run out of both... happy healthy eating

wow, do I sound weird if say I like my salad without any dressings or dips? yes , my salad looks boring but that's the way I eat it, just lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, apple, tuna. Most of the time, I prepare it as salad sandwich specially in the morning.

lettuce, tomatoes and boiled eggs in thousand island dressing is my personal favorite. but to the figure conscious, i think this would be too much for them since it still has calories in it. people who prefer oil and vinegar are those who watch their diets and figure.

I really like the spritzer salad dressings that are out now. You just spray a little on the salad and it tastes great with very few calories. They come in a lot of different flavors but I don't think I have seen them in Thousand Island. My favorite is the Honey Mustard one.
