Do You Prefer to Use Credit Card or Paypal to Buy Online?

If i buy anything off the internet i usually use a credit card as i have an insurance on that.I was told it was safer to use a credit card and that it was alot safer than paypal,i do not understand why,but i do know that i have an insurance that i have paid for on my credit card where as i do not on the paypal account.

i like to use Paypal. I don`t know, but seems easy and anyway my paypal is all ready connected with my credit card. To buy with paypal its much easyer also because you don`t have so many things to fill out. Just an PayPal address. I have made many deals with paypal all ready in internet and i like it:)

I have never used paypal to purchase online. I tend to use my account for payments from my PTC sites and send the cash to my bank account. I have never even thought of using it. I always use my debit card, it has online fraud protection built in so gives me peace of mind when shopping online.

It depends on a couple of things..for example WHERE I'm shopping, what I'm buying and which place I have more money in, my bank, my husbands bank or Paypal

I use Paypal if I can. I find it to be very user friendly. I've never had a problem with them, and to take it one step further I also got a Paypal debit card through Mastercard! It really comes in handy for purchases at the stores and for things like gas! I also can draw out cash when I need it at the local ATMs it has very low fees for these services! tdemex

I use Paypal regularly and hardly use my credit card (only in cases where Paypal is not available). It is a quick, easy, secure and convenient method of payment for me. Paypal protection is also very useful and I've had purchases already which were not satisfactory or did not arrive at all. Paypal refunded the money. I also like paying in GCs. It gives me a good overview of how much I have and therefore, I spend accordingly without using the cc.

I always use my paypal account to pay for online purchases. Occasionally, when paypal is not available, I have in the past used my credit card, but try not to use it too often.

I have used paypal for a very long time, and have never had a problem or concern in doing so. I also have a Chapters/Indigo cash card since I purchase a lot of books online, and on some of the sites I use, paypal is not an option.

if the site allows me to pay vie paypal or alertpay.... i choose alertpay first... because i am trying to get rid all of my money thre..they seem hard to move to my bank account....and they cost more to do that... so no matter if alertpay costs me more when i purchase, i do it anyway just to use up my funds there...


if the option is between my credit card and PP, i opt for PP... so i don't have to risk my credit card anymore....

I have paid for online purchses via my credit card but i only do that when there is no other choice....


i havehad problems in the past regarding unidentified purchases and it took a while and a lot of work before i disputed it successfuly with my bank.

When it comes to buying online i use paypal. Just because i know that i do not have to pay the company back and its money i actually have earned. All my paypal money come from online site such as Mylot which is really cool.

I'm not afraid to use my credit card. I have a LOT of security on my computer, but just in case I have my information already typed. Someone seeing it wouldn't know what it was. I copy/paste it and if there should be a keylogger on my computer, they could not get the number since I didn't use my keys.

I like Paypal, but I prefer using my card since I get 2% cash back on each purchase. I pay it off every months so I pay no interest. They don't make a penny from me and I make a lot from them!
