Are you Watching: Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown?

I totally loved these lil cartoons every time a holiday rolled around. My kids were actually willing to pick up the living room tonight but I guess on this special evening they'll get to watch this show. It's kind of a tradition to watch all the charlie brown episodes whenever they are on tv.

My granddaughter will be watching it in about 18 minutes. I use to watch it when I was a little girl and so did my two daughters. Its nice to see some traditions do continue after so many years.

i absolutely LOVE charlie brown and snoopy and the whole peanuts gang. i am like you and try to catch the specials when they are on tv but my favourite one is their christmas one! i love the story and the messsage that it gives. It truly IS the meaning of Christmas!

I missed watching it on TV this evening but I think it's coming on again tomorrow at the same time and on the same channel so I'm hoping that our shopping trip will be over fast so I can get home and watch it. It's just not the seasons without watching all the Charlie Brown specials. I lived for those growing up.
The other shows I enjoyed watching were all the Garfield specials. They don't put those on TV anymore but I'm glad they still put on the Charlie Brown ones. I'd miss them if they didn't come on.

Ah shucks, you mean to say that I missed it? I love Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanut characters. Like you, I try to make it a tradition to watch it every year with my family, but totally forgot that it would be on. That's what I get for not keeping on top of it when it comes to what is on TV.

I used to watch all those things but my kids are grown and gone now so I no longer watch them. Sometimes I want to, especially around Christmas with the specials that were on when I was a child.

No we missed it. The last Charlie Brown special we watched, the kids found extremely boring. Cartoons today are so above and beyond what we grew up with! I'd love it if they did a more modern Charlie Brown special!

Well, I'll admit when it came on an hour ago I considered it. Then I thought...jeez Mari you're 49 years old...will it really affect you if you don't sit through Charlie Brown just this once...lol I guess I survived because I am still sitting here typing away in Mylot...I like the Christmas shows better anyway...Rudolph, Frosty and The Grinch... ooooh love that grinch...and Cindy Loo Hoo... lol
