I dumped my boyfriend 3 months ago (i had just returned back to uni...he was no longer there as he had just graduated-so my first year without him).

i used to really love him, wanted to marry him! but then it just didnt feel right any more. Plus we started arguing a lot. plus i just dont see the point in having a boyfriend you dont see everyday. I began to see him more as just a good friend.

We broke up (im quite ashamed how i dumped him, by text and slept with someone else that same night...i just felt so trapped, was drunk and felt like defending my right to be single!). But now i regret how i did it so much.

me and the ex didnt talk for a month, but I thought about him all the time and had to deleted his number cuz i just wanted to text 24/7. I even sat through a whole 1.30hr of his favourite movie when it came on tv, just because i thought he'd be watching it at the same time too.

He came down and saw me after 6 weeks apart(he rang me), and we had a great weekend. As too the following weekend. But i just dont want a relationship with him again. its so much easier like this. I can call him when i want, if i want. no hassel. this is an important year for me and dont want the stress-i just cant handle too much stress (i did used to have stress issues as a child).

he still loves me. but im not sure if i love him...its too soon after the brake up to love him again. But i really do fancy him still, and we get on so well. He is my best friend, totally gorgeous...but i just dont know how i feel. any advice? In a way i just want a few months brake so i can really decide how i feel for him, plus he is going travelling soon. im just abit confused as he wants an answer from me and i just dont know how i feel? guidance please
