gargling mouthwash

which do you prefer, garling your mouthwash before or after brushing teeth? and what brand of mouthwash works for you?...i prefer garling my listering/or a-sol before brushing, i found it more effective...

I brush then gargle....not sure if that is right but that's how I've always done it. Then I floss and I'm good to go. The flossing part is very very important I think. so many people don't .

..i agree with you sid, using dental floss is most important co'z it removes particles of food stuck between teeth and dento-bacteria palaque..i usually use floss before i go to bed to mouthwash and brushing... :D

i brush then after i gargle lol.sometimes i just gargle on when in times of in need but gargling before and after is too much for me.so i prefer to gargle after tooth brushing.

Use the other way around, brushing then gargle. Listerine works fine but costly compared to the other brands such as astring-asol which is concentrated therefore can be controlled the way I use it. Aside from these two had to use the dental floss twice a week to remove the plaques and lastly visiting the dentist twice a year. Really nice habit to keep, nice breath too.
