Do you need an alarm clock to wake up?

I used to have the hardest time getting out of bed even with an alarm but then in 2004 I had a heart attack and immediately started waking up at 5 am every day.

It's now Oct. 2009 and I am still waking up every day at 5am without an alarm. And I don't want to.

I work from home and it's only a one minute commute to the office but I still wake up way too early. It would be nice to sleep into about 7am.

The nice part about getting up at 5am is that my 7 hour work day is done by noon every day leaving me lots of time to enjoy my hobbies.

Hi there, well i dont need alarm clock all the time, but wehen my exams are going i have got this bad thing in me i never get up, for that i need a alarm clock otherwise other times if i just think that tomorrow i have to get up for shopping ...where in world i wont ever require a alarm clock i guess

I need someone to pull me out of bed to ensure I won't run late

I have an alarm clock and I do set it each night but 9 xs out of 10 I'm up long beforehand...Not by choice by any means though...I'd loveto be able to sleep until the alarm goes off...That be like sleeping infor me

I never need an alarm clock as I never need to wake up so early. hehehe. I occasionally wake up so early but that time even, I need not to put any alarms. I have my own biological alarm in me

I need no alarm to wake me up. I am usually late, and i used to get up after the run rise so sunlight wake me up daily. I have college at 9.30 am and am used to wake up at 7.30 am.

Yes i do use alarm to wake up.Since my college days i used to wake up with the help of alarm only.Now it is not possible for me to wake up at 5am daily without alarm.it became very essential in my life.so what about you?will you use alarm to wake up?

Yes, an alarm clock is a necessity of my daily life.

You see, everyday, in order to do as many as jobs, I will get up when it is about 5 o'clock. But I have formed a habit of go to sleep until late at night, thus, it is difficult for me to get up so early. Without an alarm clock, I may not get up on time and then I will many chances to earn much money.

I don't need an alarm clock. I'm so lucky to have a system of waking up early in the morning. I am used to it already and no need for an alarm clock.

Most of the days, I don't need a commercial alarm clock to wake me up in the morning. I already made it a habit to rise up early and do something like cooking or being online. It's good to know that you have never been late in your school. During my school days, I wake up early with or without the use of an alarm clock. I have a rooster who can also be useful when it make sounds early in the morning.
