hello everyone! its nice to be back. My husband is working overseas but is planning to come home by January. Well, i want to surprise him by loosing weight. Im not really that big but kinda chubby. Im not comfortable with my weight anymore even though my husband's alright with it. I started gaining weight this year. Now i want to get back in shape and wear all the clothes that i now keep. Any suggestions please? Thanks!

Just take lunch...and take water and nothing more...and remember to prepare the lunch without using any oil...ghee...butter...cheese..etc..and..wow..what a figure..I wish could stare once... wub

Weight is not a problems and very easy to remove from
your body, if you willing to follows simple trips like as follows
1. Drink lots of water and add lots of vegetables and fruits on your diet.
2. Don't eat meat, chicken, ghee, Ice creams, Nuts etc.,

if you can go to a gym that would be better for they will assist you on what to do and give you a chart also on what to eat. but if you cant do that search the net of food you can eat and to buy a few dvd of dancing exercise. that helps my wife on losing weight. my wife takes her last meal for the day at 6 in the evening and if she gets hungry after that she will just drink milk or eat a cracker or fruit. hope you lose weight before your husband arrives.

I really hate to diet and end up eating more because I feel like I am depriving myself. I tend to exercise more so that I can still eat normally but lose weight too. I have used Jillian McNeals no more trouble zones, and her boost metabolism burn fat videos. They are really hard work but you get toned fast! I do them alternate days if I want to lose weight quickly. I am not overweight but can put on a few extra pounds now and again - these videos will really help you lose the extra weight.

I am currently doing a weight program and doing really really well I have already dropped a couple sizes however I have a ways to go and still continue to wear the oversized clothing, it hides what I have lost but when I finally do wear the size that fits right it will be a big shocker to those around me.

First off lots of water, cut out the fats, salts, snacks, protein helps so don't cut out fish (no batter) and white mean which contains higher protein than Dark meat. Don't eat fried foods so no french fries (believe me this one was a killer for me), pop nothing regular diet is ok as a treat but nothing regular (another killer for me).

As much excersize as you can handle I started walking around the block and now I am up to 3 kms a day (done at once) and I also have a mini gym in the basement which I do when it's cold or raining outside.

I feel amazing and less stressed.


If you stick to it you will do fabulous, I have dropped so much in inches more than pounds and its given me a new burst of me!

You could try some of those weight loss vitamins. They have green tea in them and they should speed up your metabolism some. I would not worrry about losing weight really quickly I would just try and concentrate on being healthy and losing the weight at a healthy pace. if you lose it too rapidly it probably wont sty off anyway.

A good way to loose weight is to exercise with a stationary bicycle that you can use indoors. Try to increase your speed a little more each day.
Also eat only a banana for breakfast and your choice of drink.
Then eat a bowl of rice for lunch with fruit.
At dinner try each day to eat lesser amount of food from your plate.
Most important is to cut down on sweets like cake, cookies, candies, soda.
Replace that with a good herbal tea and honey.

First of all cut your meals in half meaning that if you eat 2 slices of bread eat 1, you may feel hungry initially but after a while, your body adjusts so you eat less. Get more physically active you can walk or jog 30 mins everyday, swimming is also good too and in a months time, you will see the difference

Lol - I just added much the sdame comment before i read yours. Just eat less of everything. I think overweight people (like me) have got used to eating in too large a quantity because we have too much variety
