What's the weirdest thing you've received on Halloween?

As a trick-or-treater? What did someone put in your pillow case or pumpkin head that you thought was just.. way out there? The only thing I can think of for me is home-made food (as these people should know better..My parents would only let me eat packaged food!) and religious texts: like mini-bibles and business cards and pamphlets.
What about you? As a trick-or-treater, what's the weirdest thing you've received while trick-or-treating?

It's been a looooooooong time since I've gone trick or treating, so I don't remember. But my little is trick or treating now. Last year she got this Asian treat for Halloween. It wasn't really weird to us because we are Asian too and we know what those treats are (these little crunchy honey ball cookie things) . . . but I'll bet the rest of the neighborhood may have wondered what the heck those were. It's just funny seeing a package with Asian writing amongst all those well-known candy brands!

When I was younger my siblings and I each got a little notebook from one of our neighbors...I thought that was a little strange seeing how we should've gotten candy and notebooks aren't exactly cheap with a neighborhood full of kids.
