How often do you eat fast food?

When I was working full time I ate fast food probably three days per week for lunch and brought it home at least once a week. Now that we're running our own business, my husband and I might stop by a fast food place once or twice a week, depending on what we're doing.

I will admit there are a few times a month that I will eat fast food to make things easier. There are times it is much quicker also. You are very right it is very unhealthy but many of us eat it.

Most of the time when I am in town for business or pleasure, I always eat fast food.
I cannot resists the temptation of drinking cola paired with hamburger.
However, I do eat lots of fruits too.

ha ha good question i always eat in fast food infact my night dinner is in fastfood dialy i stay alone so i will cook for morning and noon myself dinner is always at fastfood ....health problems i didnt face anything like that if i change my diet only i have health problem anyway i eat all color veg salad in morning 5 color fruits dialy ...so it really dont matters where u eat make sure u take necessary steps before in fastfood ... simple ... anyways its unhealthy but its impact will be less on you

In my country fast food is more expensive than normal food so i eat normal meal often. I only eat fast food when i have mood to eat it like when shopping with my friends or my family birthday party.

I'm glad to say I have eaten fast food but very rare. In fact I don't really remember the last time. I am proud to say I have never eaten a big mac or a whopper. The fast food I have eaten was either Wendy's or Taco Bell. Wendy's I would eat a hamburger with just lettuce and ff or baked potatoe. At Taco bell it would only be two regular tacos that is it.

Not very often and never for dinner. I cook almost all of our meals, but many times on Tuesday which is my main errand day I will grab some kind of fast food for lunch. I like to get all the errands done in one day so I can spend the rest of the week working on line writing articles and operating my home run businesses, so I do not like to take the time to go home for lunch. I usually just eat lunch in the car as I am driving from one place to another. Most of the time it is McDonalds, but sometimes something else, but like I said only once a week.

We usually eat fast food once a week, usually on Saturday or Sunday. I cook throughout the week, and even though it is much healthier than eating out, sometimes when you are on the run, eating out is more convenient. I don't think once a week is too bad considering there are seven days in a week and three meals to eat a day. LOL.

I eat fast food once a week or even twice, but when the situation calls for it, I eat fast food everyday for a week. I know that it is bad but sometimes you cannot do anything about it. It's not like you have a choice where to eat and sometimes you don't have the time to cook. Even though it's not healthy I think it's convenient for people who are busy and the ones who doesn't have the time.
