I want to reduce weight.  | | You have any known easy and risk free mode of reducing weight? I want to reduce 5 kg in next 1 wk. I took a challenge with my friend. Any of my mylot friend can give me a good advice on this?

1. Do not eat cheese or anything with cheese (pizza, pasta, burger,etc) Just remove the cheese if you want to eat these foods.
2. Do not eat anything with milk (ice cream, whip cream, cake, chocolates, etc.)
3. Do not eat steam or fried rice...eat only brown rice.
4. Do not drink soda or anything with sugar. Stay away from anything with white sugar.
5. Do not sit or lay down for 20 minutes after meal
6. Eat oatmeal with fruits or 100% wheat bread for breakfast, salad or salmon for lunch, snacks @ 10am and 3pm, then stop eating after 5pm. If you can control yourself, stay away from steak and pork.
7. Walk or run for 2 miles 3x a week. Drink glasses of water.
I don't know if you could do it in a week but I lost 8 lbs in over 6 weeks just by doing all of the above. I was 114 lbs last Sept. 17 and I am now 106 lbs.
It's all about determination.

Cut out high sugar foods.
Cut out dairy(besides low fat yogurt and skim milk).
Drink lots of water.
Just eat less in general.
Be warned though. 5kg in one week is probably not healthy. It is too much, too fast. It may be wise to do it over 1 month, if you can, but because of the bet, if you need to do it, be careful.

I think there are few ways that can make u reduce 5 in one week, and they're unhealthy ways even if there are some indeed. But you can have a try with followings: do not eat anything containing fat; do not eat after 8pm everyday; do some exercises to burn the fat under the skin. I hope it works, hehe. Good luck!
