Cheese... Which type of cheese you prefer?

That was the case with me also. But since I tasted grana few years ago, I always have it in the frige, and I keep eating lots of it.

Yes, that's what cheddar is. A delicious kind of cheese that when it melts is like a smooth cream in your mouth. What have you done to me? I have to go to super market.

God, I have never tasted cariboo's cheese. I will try to find some. You made me wonder how this one tastes. I like mozarella also, but not fresh. I like it cooked. I prefer it in the sauce of a spaghetti I invented and in pizza.

well i like mozzarella in pizza! white cheese or more popular as 'kesong puti' in the Philippines is quite salty & sour..but not really sour, its taste is just enough & well i find it really yummy specially with hot bread in the morning... it is usually sold early in the morning & wrapped with banana leaves...

Yes, you should try the cheeses I have mentioned above, especially Boursin! Cheers to cheese. Yum! There are lots of cheeses available and they vary on different countries. Usually the taste would depend on the climate, age and ingredients available in the area.

Wow! You do like cheese. I hope you can find feta easily. Cheddar is one type of cheese which I like a lot. I prefer to use it with toasts.

In Greece gouda and edam are really cheap. Grana and parmigiano or mozarella are actually more expensive.

Just like the type of feta I just told you. Could you tell me why they make it (the traditional cheese I mean of each country) with different taste?

I never heard of this muenster cheese. Which country produces it? And by which milk? I think I will begin to explore all new types of cheese every one mentions.

I believe it is made here in the USA. It is a light yellow cheese with a dark yellow edible rind. It is a bit more expensive than other cheeses, but worth it. It may not be available in your country. When I lived in Romania I couldn't find most of the cheeses that I was used to eating, for example.

Unfortunately I haven't found smoked cheddar yet. Only the simple type. But didn't know that existed. I will try to find some. Thanks for letting me know.

1st: Yes, parmesan is a type of cheese and an expensive one (at least here in Greece)
2nd: Feta has many different types, and it's very natural to not like a type.

It's so true... Here we cut some fresh tomato, cucumber, onion and we put sault, origan, virgin olive oil and on top feta... Just excellent
