Do you still take shower daily even in this cold days? I mean during winter?

Well to be honest,it doesn't really get that cold at all here, but I still think I would maybe bathe everyday even if it did get colder here. It gets cold and is chilly when you step out of a hot shower or bath, but then I just go into a heated room or stand in front of the heater to warm up.

I live in southern China, regardless of the weather is cold or hot, I shower once a day at least. Of course, the hot weather. Of course,the hot weather,then I sometimes use cold water, but in the cold winter, I have some hot water.
As to whether taking a bath every day, Like me who live in southern China, even if they later began to go elsewhere to stufy or living, as long as conditions permit, they will insist on taking a bath every day.

I am in Vancouver, Canada. Yes, it does get pretty cold here, raining, snowing, windy. But, I do like to take a shower every day. That makes one feel refreshed after a long day at work. Otherwise, I feel so tired and exhausted, and couldn't sleep well. That's would then effect my work the next day.

I take my shower of course, but with mild hot water.Well, i am not interested in not taking it and besides during cold times and snow, i prefer to stay at home than to walk around.Moreover i stay fresh for longer time in winter, so chances for my second shower in evening is perhaps less.but then having a shower daily is really good for your body and mind.Thanks!

Why not? I always take showers no matter what the temperature is. See the Russians, they even take cold showers in freezing climates. I think you can think of it as a great way to exercise and train your mental body to be immune to the cold. I also read many Chinese books that say they used to train to be able to sleep on ice which can actually keep the body strong.

hi bebs, i still take a shower daily now, it is cold but not in winter. i would not take shower daily in winter. it is too cold, and there is no regregirator in my house, but i like taking showers, so i would take a shower in two days, another reason that i do not like washing, especially it is so cold to wash clothes in winter for i have to wash them by my own hands.

Hi Bebs, I do take my shower daily even sometime i take shower two time a day, i take shower in the morning and in the night when i want to sleep. Although i have not done it but i don't thing the condition will be favorably if someone don't take shower daily either in the cold session or hot session

I hate the cold too and taking showers is a chore in the winter time.
I try to take 1 every day but on my days of I usually don't take one unless I go somewhere.

Hi Bebs! I know what you mean when going out from the shower, and then after that you gonna need to put lotion, lol! It's hard specially if you not use to cold weather, like me, but I still take shower/bath everyday during winter because after the shower and put all your clothes on, it's feels good also.

I wash my body but I don't take a complete shower daily. I really don't like to get my hair wet, that is what takes the longest to dry and makes me more cold afterwards. In the summer I take cool shower everyday to cool off but in the winter it is better for my skin to take shower only a couple times a week.
