I do know of someone who's looking for writers. He offered me a spot but Im currently busy with school so I might not be able to submit the required articles on the deadline. Im also a member of a legitimate writing site. Im currently enjoying writing there. But maybe you'd think the pay is small. There are many writting websites, but just a few have good reputation. I think if you are confident enough you can join a website of usa, that really pays very well.

by the way it's not the end of the world. I have no job for almost 2 years and I still survive very well especially now i find i can make money by writing.

I joined getafreelancer - there seem to be a lot of writing jobs there. I did take one, and wrote quite a bit for one guy until the time involved became too much of a commitment. But you might try it.

I've also been writing and posting articles on triond, you can see a sample of one of my articles here: http://gomestic.com/perso... are a lot of categories/websites that you can write for, and it's pretty easy. The only thing is that it seems to take quite a while to make any money.

I also write reviews for reviewstream. The income is small but consistent.

what i would suggest you do is google writers wanted and go from there. you could also try the writers market which will give you names of places seeking writers.

Are you talking about internet writing sites? They will not pay you enough to live off of, but if you are looking to earn a little money you could try Allvoices.com if you want to write news stories. You could also join Helium and go through their articles that publishers are looking for writers for, they pay anywhere from $15.00 to $150 dollars.

I write for Suite101 where I've made much more than Associated Content where I also write. I just landed a job with Internet Brands, a very high profile US company which owns lots of sites on subjects like fitness, health, travel, automobiles, etc. They send you tests after you choose the topics you want to write for. And they generally pay about $10 per article. I have to send them my contract today. They take international writers as I am one. There are quite a few forums too discussing the company, so google them.
