Would you rather go to jail on a point of principle? Why?

There have been many people who have fought for their principles and have sacrificed themselves for what they believe in. Do you think that is still applicable today? Would you yourself fight for you principles as well to the point of going to jail for it? I don't think I would. Don't misunderstand, there are times when we know that our leaders are not really doing a good example, but we know that when we try to meddle with these affairs, we just end up rotting in jail and soon people would even forget what we did. I'd rather just keep it to myself than really do something about it, unless it's threatening my family, loved ones, and the people I love. Else, I would just ignore. What about you?

Absolutely. As I've heard it, those who don't stand for something will fall for anything!

I believe that principles are also important but in our today's life and generation it's better to be smart, practical, and those which will benefit you most. What's the point in fighting for what I believe and ending up in jail? I could stand back, retreat, and plan how I can defend my principle, it may not be now, but surely someday in a smarter and sure win.

Absolutely I would. That is all I can really say. There is not much more that you can say after that statement. Ainge
