Have You Put Up You Christmas Tree Already?

No Christmas decor yet in our homes. We usually put this up late November before December begins. Actually we are scouting for a Christmas tree but we are not able to find a good one at that. But I think we will be going into that soon.

I would say we Pinoys are too excited for Christmas.. We usually decorate our house for Christmas every first week of November. But i don't know if we can decorate this week since most of my family members are busy and don't have to time to buy the bling2xs for our Christmas tree. We plan ahead on what color will be our motif for this year and now we are planning on the color red. Since we can't put our christmas tree naked, have to plan on buying the decors first:D

Last year we actually decorated our homes the first week of November but now we kind of put off decorating for the last week of November given the economic crisis. We are saving electricity costs because we all know that Christmas Lights consume a pretty good amount of Kilowatts.

Christmas lights and lanterns are the ones displayed in the house, we don't use Christmas tree since the kids only mess it up before Christmas day comes. Cheers!

I haven't put up my tree yet. I am in the states and I love xmas but I just can't feel up to putting up the tree until at least close to the the end of the month. Just not in the spirit yet. I mean really we havent even had thanksgiving yet. in your case it sounds normal to start celebrating at this time. In that case....Merry Xmas!

Actually I'm ashamed of myself because I don't know how to decorate. My mother telling us that we should be the one in charge in decorating but she can't rely to us. Last month she starts to put a little decorations for Christmas.

no, it's too early now, we're only in the first part of november, i'll make my christmas tree near the end of the first week of december. But here there are a lot of christmas trees and decorations, expecially in big shops or supermarket, we're waiting for christmas, i think it's a beautiful part of the year, it's a special and warm atmosphere, everything is colored and there are a lot of delicious things to buy in a lot of shops.

hello, actually we haven't really thought about that except that this morning my mom wanted to let it borrow to my brother which caused to me have a bit of a shock, luckily, i persuade her not to let it borrow. the tree is kinda big for them to use it. this got me thinking about christmas lights whether it's still working or not. time flies by.

No in my family the decorations and the tree usually go up the day after Thanksgivings. I take them down usually after 3 kings day on January 6th. I'm thinking of putting things up earlier this year before it gets cold and just not light anything till after Thanksgivings. We shall see how that goes. Putting up decorations outside in the cold is not fun at all.

As much as I wanted to decorate my surroundings with glittery Christmas lights and trees and lanterns I just can't because I am just staying in the boarding house. But I love putting Christmas decors as early as the first week of November when I was still in our own house. I always love Christmas celebration, it is my happiest season of the year, there's something deep inside that always triggered for this merry gathering, maybe because all my wonderful childhood memories are Christmas celebrations, reunions and food feast.
