Help me! I got trouble in transfering my job.  | |  Hi, mylotters, Just a few days ago, I was told that i got an opportunity to transfer a goog new job which I always want to be standed. when I got this message, I was so happy of it, but it seemed not easy to get transfered. My present boss told me he would not allow me transfer immediately,he wanted me to stay the position for a while. but the other side did not wait me for long time. that is an absolutely good chance for me. How can I do to persuade my present boss cut me some slack. Help me! my dear mylotters.

That you would really like to start working the new job immediately, but you're having some difficulty transferring. Perhaps your new boss can talk to a superior about it and get it straightened out.
Otherwise.. Can't you just QUIT your current job and move onto the next one? I don't quite understand the transferring process.
