just want to ask if you have try finding job in odesk.com... Can someone help me, on what to do in order to get a job in the site. Please share your knowledge about this site. It seems that the site offers lots of online job like data entries and many others. Thank you very much.

But I believe you have to fill in your employment history like you would for a resume. And when "applying" for each job with a "bid" you would include a cover letter expressing why you would be best for the job.
