I will share that with you. Eat bananas and peanutbutter. The doctor said that bananas are good and healthy and will put weight on you. Eat at least two to three a day. The peanutbutter is high in protein and will help with the weight gain as well. Eat a sandwich or two a day and then eat a tablespoon at night before bedtime. It will help you. I did this for about 3 or 4 months. Just enough to define some of my muscles. Not big, just defined. I also had to eat a lot of protein while doing this to feed the muscles. Then I suddenly I stopped working out. But the appetite I got never changed. So I still ate a lot. Then I started gaining weight. Mind you this was when I was in my early 20's.
