 I think most of you would be aware of what happened to me recent days. Although, I know that you guys were a great help to me and I have felt very relief when I discussed all these things on internet but still there was something in my heart which was making me pain.
Today morning, one of my friend asked me if something was wrong and then I decided to let him know about my poem and the girl. Well, I told him every thing. I won't say that he was very good listener to me but whatever I said, he heard and told me to not to take this seriously and look forward in my life.
Now, I am feeling very relifed and I don't think I am sad at all. I don't want to cry. Although I am not in mood to laugh but it is a big improvement from cry to not to cry, isn't it?
So, saying things give great relief to us, isn't it?

I think for me journaling helps me get feelings out and it is there so I can remember what happened when also. Whatever helps is what I am saying. Talking it out is excellent.

It is a relief to get another’s point of view and the support as well. By talking and voicing our problems we tend to look at them from the outside in and that somehow clears our head and that helps when making decisions and resolving our concerns. I'm glad you don't feel like crying anymore!
