In fact,I'm not a radical guy,far from a critic, furthest thing from a politico,I just wanna write down the things happened on me and surrounding me limpidly without any exaggeration and ornament. I work in a sweatshop now,and it was hardly for me to image that I will work with a bunch of operators who borned after 1990 before I graduated from school. However,I have to face it everyday. I feel guilty to delegate tasks to them, they're so young and they're just kids in my eyes. How ironically,I have to,I must accomplish my job. They have to work 12hours everyday, most of their work are reapted and boring, what's worse, some of them are dangerous and harmful to health.I “appreciate”my company here taking 3 of 12hours as extra-wroking time,Which are forced!!!! I cann't bear to face their limpid eyes what bring me straight to their young and childish heart,The childish and easy questiones they raised after work are stabbing in my heart and telling me “they are just kids”again and agian. I cann't bear writing any more, that's it.What a mad world.

To be honest with you, it's a little hard to understand what you're saying. Maybe it's just because you're so emotional that you're also sounding incoherent right now. I can understand work putting you in a difficult position, and you feeling bad for the young workers that you have to boss around. But I think you are almost being TOO empathetic and taking it TOO personally. You are just doing what you told. It's a good thing to be empathetic, and understand what they're going through and feeling - but at the same time - it's not YOUR company and you really can't control what they make you do. I'm sure you rely on this job just as much as they do - and disobeying your superiors won't get you any further. *shrugs*. Sweatshops sound really sad, and I would imagine that would have to be one of the hardest jobs ever.

Whatever,I think u grasp my piont. Maybe I write this with my fierce emotions, coz u know the kids nearly have no chance to make any choice of making career plan, who they wanna to be, they only know I could make money as soon as I be a staff of this company, but this is only half of the story. And it seems that my routin and every decision are unethical......... so I posted that.

These days, it's really a blessing to even be employed (assuming you're in the U.S.). However, if you feel that your job is forcing you to make unethical decisions, maybe its a good time to look to make a change. So are you literally "in a sweatshop" or are you just using that as a figure of speech? Are these kids at a reasonable working age? A kid born in 1991 turns 18 this year, which is an adult in the U.S.. If they are employed their by their own choice, you must understand that they make the decision everyday to return to work. Good luck.
