Regarding the latest My Lot Alert, do you agree with it?

I haven't seen any alert about Tasks apart from the following on 3 November:

"It has come to our attention that certain users have been trying to scam fellow myLot users through the myLot tasks system. These users have been asking for money through paypal and promising money in return. Tasks of this nature are nearly always going to be a scam and you should avoid them. If you feel you have been a victim of a task of this nature we ask that you report the individual to paypal. You can do this by logging into your paypal account and finding the payment in question. Click on details then click on resolution center. Once here you can file a complaint against that user and hopefully get a refund of your money.

Once again, please think twice about any task where you are asked to send someone money. If a task seems to good to be true it probably is. "

This has nothing to do with MyLot withholding earnings. It is to do with the nature of the task which is, in itself, a scam. I believe (though I'm not certain) that the tasks referred to only paid very little (a few cents) as tasks ... though one was required to invest, I think $5 in order to receive (it was said) $10. Money for nothing? It could be said said so because you were asked to pay money and you would not (of course) receive anything ... let alone twice your investment!

My friend you should understand how a member can pay you $10 for donate any amount on their paypal account... they never approved your work.....

The thing is the task was obviously against the rules and also many people realized what was happening was wrong and that it shouldn't be going on. Knowing this I don't feel sorry for the people that went along with it. Why would you think it was decent to do a task over and over again when it was constantly being deleted?

Hi kafuueenu! I understand that is really depressing. You were excited because you see your mylot earnings went up because of that task and then, unfortunately the creator of that task has no fund for that. I honestly don't understand too, how that happened. How can he gave a funding source without a fund?

For now, since the earnings from that task will be voided, the best that you can do is to file complain against that creator. Go to your paypal account and click on the resolution. That creator has been refunding the money since last week as per one of the mylotters who also participated in that task...

Let us just considered this as a lesson. As per mylot if you havent recieve the refund until Nov 16, you may send mylot admin a message along with the proof of payment. They will seek resolution in our behalf. the email add is payments@mylot.com

I'm a new comer for mylot, but i hope that i can earn much more money here.
