Come on, cheer up, everyone makes mistakes even Albert Einstein. You should learn from your mistakes and move on a more experienced person

Minor mistakes happen to everyone. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes. If you will take the effort to do this, soon you will become the best they have.

hi cutepink__13 well now that you are staff nurse surely you did not get this far because you are not effective. so now that you see you made some small' errors correct them and put them in the past, then move on.to get to the position of staff nurse you must have been pretty effective at some time so tell yourself I am competent and I will become a better nurse all the time. You made some errrors and you recognized that, you remedied them so now you will grow and become much better. good luck.

Hi, cutepink You will become better, if not the best, with experience. What I mean is that you commit mistakes now only because you are new. And that is understandable. But if you are determined to become the best staff nurse there is, you can be if you put your heart to it. Cheer up, friend!

It sounds like you are putting yourself down. Is this a new job? Give yourself time and you will get better. Are your superiors demanding too much, push you too hard? The stress may be causing you to be careless.
