Do you travel to warmer places when it gets cold, or the other way around?

I am planning to travel this coming summer time, to a cool place, where I can enjoy nature and be at peace with myself and the world. It's good to be in the right place with the right weather condition. But because of work or circumstances, a lot of us cannot really travel much yet to endure the heat of the summer or the coldness of the weather. Good day.

Last year we went to Texas right after Christmas. It gets really cold and snowy here, so it was really nice to be in Texas down in San Antonio where it was in the 70's every day that was really awesome. We were going to do it again this year but my sister will be here visiting at that time so I would rather be where ever she is because we only get to see each other twice a year.

Hi greenline. I live in the Philippines and most Filipinos go to other countries to experience snow, the cold weather and escape the heat. On the other hand, the Philippines has a lot of tourists coming in during the last quarter and first quarter of the year. Yeah, I think they're escaping the cold weather since they usually go to the beaches.

For me,I would like to travel another places that they are different from my place.I hate the hot climate and very cold climate too.I think alike you too.I like to travel the cold places in summer. However my country is tropical climate so i would like to travel in cold places all time, if i have a chance.

to some places which have cool weather, beautify sight is my hoped.

It would be so lovely to be able to travel to other places when it gets stormy here but i do not have the chance to do so. I know of a friend who move to Arizona when it gets cold in Colorado.

It's funny but whenever it is rainy or cold outside I am always telling my husband that we should move to someplace warmer. The weather here has been miserable which makes me miserable. I would love to be able to travel somewhere warm for the winter time. Maybe one day.

I wish i could go to a warmer place as it is soo cold here but i could never afford to go any where.But if i could i would go to a warmer place.

No, I do not travel to a warm place in the winter months because I love the cold weather. I also do not travel when it is hot just because I can not afford to when it gets hot I just stay in my air condintion house as much as possible.

Well, I'm the type of person who enjoys relatively cool weather. When it's hot, I do travel to cooler places. When it's cold, I normally just stay put and enjoy the cold weather. I like Japan, quite a lot, actually. Apart from that, there's this place called "tagaytay" in the Philippines where it's sort of country so I thoroughly enjoy my visits there. Of course, I love where I am right now. My most favorite place is HK, since I was born and raised here but sometimes it just gets too hot.
