In today's world of stress what is that activity which is your daily stress buster. For me there are two activities which I try and do every day. One is spend some 30 minutes with my 3 year old kid talking all kinds of non-sense and fighting. Another is the 15 minutes of walking that I do after my dinner alone in complete silence. What is your mantra for busting your stress? Cheers! Ram

I do pray a lot, then eat a lot then finally watch a movies. but, the best thing for me is to either heed on the beach or go to the spas for some massage it really very relaxing to do when one have enough budget. Then, if you have no money just need to visualize all the place which you like to go at the very moment that you close your eyes then imagine the place like meditating then after it you would really feel relax, then also listen to music also st the mood to feel alright and then to exercise is also good to release those tension build up from worries.

Meditation and praying are good stress busters, but going to the beach or spa might not be possible every day of the week. Cheers! Ram

The former are the best way to spend your time budget free while the latter is best spend when you plan to have a vacation every time you feel free from your schedules. Those are the activities which I am excited to do so.

I do some yoga - deep breathing and stretching exercises after a long day at work for at least 30 minutes before I hit the shower. Then, take my dinner; afterwards I check MyLot, contribute a little; listen to some music my friends posted in Facebook then go to bed. I make sure I'm feeling happy before I go to bed so I will wake up stress free. That's all.

Yoga is a very good stress buster, but you have to be regular about it to get the best benefits. Cheers! Ram

I take the dog out for a walk - no phones or anything to disturb me - just me and him getting some exercise. I also like to do some sewing or something else creative with a bit of music in the background.
