Does anyone have a chicken cutlet recipe that they are willing to share? My family is tired of the bbq chicken and the breaded chicken. Thanks I appreciate it. I have them defrosted for dinner tonight.

Heat a heavy skillet with a couple of tablespoons of butter, then put a cup of raw rice in it and stir fry it until it's translucent. Add two cups of chicken stock or bouillon and one cup of water and the chicken. Cover and let it cook until the chicken and rice are both done, then add one to two cups of mixed vegetables (I use frozen, but you can use canned or leftovers, even), and a good splash of soy sauce. Mix and cook until the vegetables are done or heated through. This makes a fairly big batch, but you can adjust the amount of any of the ingredients to suit yourself. You may have to add more water.

Kids always seem to like tomato and cheese so make Chicken Parm..its a go to favorite of mine and is always delicious. Bread your cutlets (sorry!) and brown them in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. (Dont cook all the way through) Remove from pan and drain on paper towel lined plate. Make a basic marinara sauce or use store bought and doctor it up with sauted garlic, onion, basil or whatever you like in your sauce. Place cutlets in baking dish and cover with sauce. Spread grated parmasean cheese or the 5 chese italian blend thats avail in cheese section or a combo or parm and romano over top of cutlets. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. I usually serve with a side of meatballs and spaghetti..make sure you save enough sauce for the spaghetti, or omit meat and serve with a salad and garlic bread..Its always a hit in my house! Good Luck

Now this is something I would love myself. My son, however does not care for anything with sauce and cheese. Strange - I know. I can make this for me and my daughter. Let me see if he will be home for dinner tonight. Thanks :)

Hi there! If your family is fond of some kind "sour" our taste, i can give you one from my country. Its called "adobo". Saute small size of garlic and onion in a pan. Add those chicken cutlet and simmer til no blood is coming out of the chicken anymore Lol! Add one half cup of soysauce and half cup of vinegar. Simmer to taste. There you are. Hope they will love it.

what about having soup and chicken in one dish? we call this menu as "Tinola" here in the Philippines. Saute garlic, onion, and ginger in oil until the onion becomes transluscent. Then add chicken cutlets, salt and pepper to taste. saute it until no blood is coming out from the chicken. Then add water (depends on your preference. I usually use 1.5liters of water for a half kilo of chicken) and let it boil.then add "sayote" (chayote) peeled, seeds were removed and cut into about 1.5inches thick. let it simmer until the chayote is cooked. Isn't it easy?
