|  No, Mylot is not going down. But the quality of discussions have really gone down.
The 'DISCUSSIONS' you cannot miss in mylot -
1. '2012' - it is either about the movie or about what we will do in 2012. Who wants to know what we will do after 3 years?

| |  Well yeah I have see a lot of discussions on the movie of 2012 or whats going to happen in 2012 latley. The earnings decrease could have something to do with it since I guess people might say whats the point if our earnings our just so low that could be a reason who knows even though I doubt thats the reason why discussions have become so bad as of late.

| |  It is true, some of the discussions that are going on have less quality. Those 2012 discussions are all nonsense, we all know the world won't end and those that ask for your favorite things just don't require any thought.
Another bad discussion would be one that has advertisements in them. I mean, I've done this when I was a newb but I've learned to not do that anymore. Those that give you a referral link to another website. . .

| |  i agree with you merlinsorca,if some one comes as new,they dont know the past topic which have been posted already,so for the old members can recognized those topics.i does not feel that quality is going down.i personally feels that some are interested in starting those discussions and what to know others opinions(exceptions are always there)

If you think Mylot is "going down" .. what are you doing to lift it up? You speak of the quality of discussions.. when yours has so been done over and over... if you don't want to answer a post.. skip it and leave others alone to enjoy mylot the way they are accustomed to.

| |  It really annoys me when someone starts a discussion wanting to know how long we have been a member of my lot? All they have to do is check a members profile and find out that information. BUT regardless of what the discussion is the thing that annoys me the most is the members who start numerous discussions on right after another and get many responses but only commenton the first one or two and after that they could care less. Its like oh well they made their pennies and thats all they care about.

| |  There have been a few discussions regarding the quality of discussions the past few days. It is important that My Lotters keep up the quality of discussions as much as possible. If not to make it more interesting for other members, but also it gives My Lotters a chance to give quality responses. It is quite hard to give an indepth response to "does tea or coffee have more antioxidants"?
It has been clearly styated lots of times that we earn more by giving a good response. This is harder to achieve if there a few discussions. Thank you for bringing this up.

| |  Hi jenny... i must say i'm guilty with that coffee or tea thing..! LOL. When i started 3 weeks ago, on my second day with my lot, i posted a discussion about it. And lately i have been reading complaints about this topic.
I think we can't really avoid seeing these kinds of discussion. Everyday, we have new members here who are still trying to get acquainted with the system. And like me, i did not realize that the discussion i posted has been used over and over.
