During thease hard times. we are all trying to save a little money. Especially now with Christmas just around the corner. So how far would you go to save a little money? Would you travel a great distance, or say screw it... its closer to go here even if it costs more?
For George and I, we're willing to travel ten minutes or more to shop at Aldies when we have aPublix less then a mile away. and obviously less then ten minutes.
So what would you do?

I don't have many shopping options nearby so it's either drive for over an hour or settle for what's nearby. Last year I did most of my Christmas shopping online so that saved me a lot of money on gas. I found some really great deals doing it that way, too, and it was much easier on my feet.

I'll bet. I try to shop online when I can too, but if the shipping is going to cost more then the product then I'd rather ask George to take me to the store.

Well in the past I wouldnt have cared but the recession has made me change my outlook and now I am willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I get the maximum deal that is possible. So now I would be willing to look for bargains anywhere I can find it .Ok maybe I exagerrated abt a mile but I do look for bargains now more than I ever did
