My family spends the most money on groceries. I seem to go to the grocery store every other day and spend $40 - $80 each trip! I think it is outrageous, especially because I don't even buy frivolous items! The next most expensive thing is our mortgage. How about you?

Probably food too, and the mortgage of course and the taxes. The taxes are pretty high. We don't spend a lot on our cars. I also have motorcycles.. I like my motor cycles and have bought a lot but I have not spent too much money on them the last year or so. We also take at least one expensive vacation a year and sometimes 2 so we spend good money on that too.

Hello. Most of the expediture monthly are on energy and on the car on lease. The energy costs go higher and higher as we go into winter, and further more as the energy prices keep rising too. The gasoline price also keeps rising adding the expenses related to the car. I don't buy groceries very much since I don't cook at home, just a few breakfast items.

We spend most of the money on paying our house mortgage. My husband made a loan with the bank to purchase our house and now it takes up 2/3 from the money. The balance of the money we use to pay for electricity, internet connection, phone bills, water bills. Then only we buy groceries with the money left. We are actually in a tight financial situation, but somehow we managed to survive until now. We are actually in the process of doing a little business - we want to breed "ikan keli" or catfish. Here people like eating catfish and it is a good business. I hope our plan would be sucessful, but we can't start right away because we have to collect money to buy the seeds and the fish's food.

The most expensive thing is of course the mortgage, but food is also a pretty big expense for us. We don't often eat out but we still do from time to time and when ever we do we end up spending a lot of money. In fact we got Chinese take out tonight because I am not feeling well and it cost us $52.00 and there was no delivery charge because my husband picked it up. So with the occasional take out or eating out plus groceries food is easily our second biggest expendature. Unless of course something breaks down and has to be fixed, but regularly it is food.

I think it'd have to be groceries for us too. I make a menu/list and go shopping every Friday and it seems that no matter how hard we try we can't avoid spending around $200+ each trip. We also have a toddler who isn't fully potty trained yet so we're getting diapers and training pants, and those definitely add up. We also have two dogs (one of which is a puppy and needs puppy food) and three cats, so on the weeks that we need to get pet food it gets really expensive too.

Our biggest bill is our rent. Next would be groceries - we try to minimize this, but we still spend about $300 per month for 2 of us. It's not outrageous, but it could be better.

Lets see in order from highest to lowest. I would have to say the money goes like this, and mind you this simply my government check not George's money. Rent, phone, power, computer (I'm leasing my laptop this isn't even the net bill) Cable, water and internet. If I have money left over after all of that I use it for test strips and lancets. After that, if and this is a big if, what's left goes to fillters and flea medicine for our cats.
George pays for his truck insurance, food, and that's about it. He needs to contribute more. That damn power bill is especially high because of the fact I've had to run the heater more. We've had a rather difficult, or I should say having a rather difficult winter this year. Mind you, I live in florida.

Before I will spend most of my money on the thing that I use, laptop, PSP, from now on, my mortage! I owe a lot of money to the bank and from now on I work for the bank, no much money to spend freely, what a pity...
