Although I love Mark Wahlberg, I could simply NOT get into this movie for some reason when I saw it on TNT a week or so back. I don't know why. I think maybe because it was so confusing, and I couldn't keep up! Can anyone explain to me what was actually going on in the movie? And were YOU confused by it, too?

I had the same problem. I rented it along with five other movies last week, when a friend of mine was over. We sat and watched the first twenty minutes of it, then we both decided to turn it off. It was just really hard to get into. Maybe if I tried watching it again I'd like it, I may pick it up on Netflix, but I may not bother. Just didnt' draw me in in the beginning of the movie.

I liked this movie a lot. It was a pretty action packed one. It was extremely predictable and unbelievable as far as the explosions and such. But I like Mark Wahlberg as an actor. I the story was a little bit over the top but the overall acting and happenings of the movie were really cool.

It is an OK movie, I thought it would be a lot better, but I still watched it when it was on TNT as well. The movie was about a guy who was hired to save someone, but he actually was helping the killers get the best place to kill him, and then gave them a perfect scape goat. The rest of the money he is trying to prove that he didn't do it. It is somewhat confusing, but I have seen worse.

I thought it was confusing as well and I didn't really enjoy watching it at all. I loved Mark Wahlberg in The Italian Job, but this movie disappointed me a bit. I'm glad I saw it on television instead of paying money to see it in theaters.

Well I have seen that movie, and the story line is simple. Mark wahlberg is a shooter, who is good at making sniper shots(using a sniper you can aim at far targets, provided you have good eye-sight, and follow the climatic conditions). He is in a mission of shooting a target, During which his partner(spotter) is killed. This happens a lot of years ago. After which he lives alone in a place, where he is contacted by an agent to assasinate the president. They also give him a choice out of 3 places where the president is about to visit. But when he shoots, he misses the target, he shoots the archbishop who stands next to president. Seeing this, the police shoot him and he is being chased by a whole army. I hope the rest of the movie would be clear except the following fact. The real target of the agents was the archbishop, because he was about to get rid of a secret about he US involvement in the genocide of ethiopian village. Mark has been rightly double crossed and made to kill the archbishop. Now he fights back and wins the battle. Anything else you dint understand in this?
