What Sweet And Spontaneous Things Does Your Husband Do For You?Every afterno

on around 4:30 I go to the coffee shop, and sit and read for a couple of hours, coming home between 6:30 and 7 PM. Tonight my phone rang, and it was my husband asking me to let him know which bus i was coming on, because he wanted to get on the bus at our place, and take me out for dinner at a really great (and inexpensive) Chinese restaurant downtown. What a great idea!! The nice thing was that it was in a place that was easy for us to get to, close to home, and not far for me to walk, from a bus stop. :) The food was great, and it was so nice to be surprised. Also, I'll be sitting here working, and he'll bring me a drink of Croatian plum brandy, or a cup of coffee, or something. He does little things like that all the time. He also suggested we take a nice little Christmas vacation, and check into a really nice hotel in toronto for a couple of days. So, what totally spontaneous things does your husband do for you?

Not married, but the guy I was seeing, until he recently went away, was doing my laundry for me and I even laughed because he folded my underwear!! lol He also was pretty good at putting dishes away and the other day he even ran the vacuum. The thing is, he doesn't live with me! He does stay, on occasion, and I have allowed him to do his laundry here to save going to the laundromat, but he never had to do mine!!

It is very nice for your husband to have this surprise for you. My husband often cuts the watermelon, peels the oranges and so on for me. I am very lazy. As I don't like doing something like that. Now it is the orange season here. And I am glad I can have peeled oranges everyday because my husband does this for me. It is the healthy fruit and perhaps it can avoid to get the cold/flu since oranges contain plenty of vitamin C. I love China

Gotta love these men. Many are not like yours at all. But there are those that are. I know mine brings me coffee all the time. He has even made dinner and breakfast before which I just absolutely love when I dont have to . Even when we were getting everything together for our guest on Thanksgiving He offered and did clean up the apartment (including the bathroom) while I made dinner. He never ceases to amaze me.

i am happy for you!though my hubby is not at all romantic but he does small things once in a while like taking me out for dinner while arranging for a babysitter to look after our kids.

That is really sweet of your husband to do that for you. I talk to my husband all of the time about doing things like this for me to change things up from the same old norm. It never happens though. He just doesn't make the effort to learn how.

My husband used to bring saree for me (our dress) every now and then. All the new types of sarees, he used to get me immediately after they came to market. My office colleagues used to say, 'we can know the new arrivals in the market by seeing what she is wearing to the office'. He gets me coffee and some times some easy making snacks also, when I am reading or in my computer. Now-a-days he makes some side dishes for the rotis (chapathis).

This morning I was in my room writing and he brought me two pieces of Cinnamon Swirl Bread that he had toasted and buttered for me. It came from my favorite bakery here in town. Occasionally when he and my son have been to play golf, he will bring me a soft drink or an ice cream when he comes in. For my birthday, he surprised me with a birthday party: cake, presents and 2 dozen of my friends and family were here to help me celebrate. It was SOOO sweet!

Hi. I was surprised to see some sweet delicacies in the refrigerator this morning. He told that he bought the food for me. This may be petty but it means so much to me because my husband is not thoughtful at all. We've been together for the seven years now but he has only given me flowers three times - mind you, those were peace offerings after our big fights. But don't judge my husband. He's a good provider for our family. He is an industrious and very understanding and loving person. I just believe that he expresses his love differently.
