i always have to shorten my urls for several reasons and i had heard that some pay you to use them but i am skeptical on if it is legit.. before i start switching and redoing my advertising for my online store i wanted to find out if anyone has had any experience with these and if they are legit and how they work??

I have never used these sites. But I have heard of them. I would love to find a legitiment site who pays you to shorten URL's. If you find out, can you send me a message with the link. I would really appreacite it. As I share alot of links sometimes and would love to know how to make money, even if it is just a little bit at a time.

I have used shortened URLs a number of times. I have never heard of making money out of it. I see what of your other responders seems to know, so I will contact him/ her.

I sell on Etsy.com and when I promote my items on Twitter, the link is shortened so the viewer doesn't have any idea where the link leads. I love the feature and I've been looking into a few sites that offer this feature. Somewhere I have a link to one that is free to join and supposed to be very good...when I find it, I'll forward the link to you.
