Do you send Christmas cards thinking that you will be sent some too????  

Well, I think if you send card to someone,he/she will surely send back a card. However,nowadays, friends around me seldomly use card, they will send short message by cellphone or email. Christmas card is just for formal greetings,such as business man.

yeah. sometimes it's out of courtesy that i send the cards, knowing that my friends will send 1 to me. It's only polite if i send one back to them. however, not all or many of my friends will send a card as it may be troublesome for them to dig up or search for the address, but it's actually the thoughts that count and i will be happy as long as they like the card i sent.

Ha, I barely ever send out Christmas cards anymore. Only to a few close friends, and that's it for me! I can understand wanting something in exchange. I rarely receive very much Christmas cards; I usually just receive them from the people I send them to, as it goes. It's kind of an unwritten rule, in my book, that you should always send or give someone something if THEY give or send it to you. It just seems like the courteous thing to do, doesn't it?

I'm so lame in sending out cards so no I do not send them with the expectation of receiving cards in return. I do love the cards in the mail but I am very understanding if I don't get them. I have good intentions of getting them out and will sit down and write them all out. Some actually make it to the mail but its all in the looking up the addresses and writing out the envelopes and getting the stamps etc....for some reason I get really lame and they don't always make it to the mail.
