It seems when the Christmas Holiday approaches many of us procrastinate when it comes to sending out Christmas cards to friends, family, and loved ones. How many of you feel guilty about not sending out Christmas cards this year?

nah I don't send many cards out to be honest as I would rather pick up the phone and say happy xmas to someone in person than make some company money for printing out xmas cards.

You know, you make a great point about getting away from the guilt of not sending Christmas Cards to loved ones, friends, and family members.

I send out a very few Christmas cards, usually at the beginning of Christmas. I don't feel guilty at all about the ones I don't send, but I've been doing this for several years now.

Well, I guess that depends on how many family members are on the Christmas card list.

oh ! i am real lazy regarding this.i do take all the pain to buy Christmas cards for my friends but when it comes to posting the mail, i get stuck.I keep on postponing many a times that i will do it tomorrow or day after tomorrow till the D-day arrives.then it would strike me that it wouldn't reach on time.so i send e-cards instead.some might get lucky to receive my handpicked cards late.though i feel guilty afterward for not sending the rest of them on time but somehow i get lazy every time.even my friends have come to know that they can expect my card to arrive late after Christmas.this year too i haven't broken my pattern and many of my friends would be getting e-cards only.

I do not particularly care for ecards - they don't have the same feel as a traditional Christmas card.

I have a very tiny circle of close friends & family to whom it would be 'required' to send a 'snail' Christmas card. To them I hand make a card which I believe adds a personal touch and message. It isn't just a matter of saving a hit to the wallet either, as most store cards are nothing but mass produced syrup. I am an artist and something of a poet. * To others I am less close to, but friends with, I would send an e-card. Those I am somewhat closer to still get one that is hand done and scanned, then sent. Stamps are, even at American prices, a serious hit to my fixed income wallet. To those who I am distantly acquainted, they will get a wiggly gif from one of those e-card sites that dot the Internet.

Well I dont feel guilty because I dont send out any so I dont expect any .As far as I am concerned many persons who actually send out christmas card just buy them in bulk and randomly send out to persons without really caring about the person who is recieving them.I would rather some one call me on christmas
