How do I prevent my Hard Drive from getting Overheated...?  

Hi farazkh1! First of all remove all the obstacles that could cause the overheating (cables for instance). You should also try to vacuum clean your case from the inside to assure that there is no dust blocking your fans. Eventually you could mount additional fan that will blow the cool air towards your HDD. If your PC is getting slow you could try to check it for viruses and other "beasts" and I suggest running a tune up software like TuneUp Utilites.

My computer is usually open from about 5am till 10pm, on the average.I got a cooling mat on always and i got one big electric fan directed to the whole setup,making sure the AVR or the router or the modem dont get so hot.
I think thats natural, any computer would run faster when its freshly opened.I think its only the hard drives heat that slows down the system, the processor also needs to be cooled down at some point.Video cards too gets hot during prolonged use.
Im not tech but i know they put some toothpaste like thingies there in the processor
that tries to control the temp.

Buy a hard drive cooler device. Call your local store OR get one ordered from the store or online.

Another way is to install fans and radiators in your PC.

As told by the others: Clean up the case, make sure there's no obstacles for airflow (assuming you have some in your case), be happy.

A 45º temperature isn't awful for a hard drive. It's not good either, mind you, but it wouldn't create as much impact as you would imagine.
Nevertheless, as with any other electronic component, keeping it cool will increase its lifetime (to some extent, after all a HDD also has mechanical parts), and all in all, if anything it'll make the system go slightly smoother.

If your computer case wasn't designed for providing airflow, ditch it. New cases are cheap and usually come stocked with fans already... I know I purchased one for roughly 30 euros that's pretty slick looking, brought 3 fans (front and back, 80mm; lateral, 190mm), and everything is just in the right place.
The hard drives are placed right in front of the intake fan so they get dosed with cooler air from the outside. All the warm air generated by the system gets easily extract from the other two fans which help create air flow from the front one.

If changing case isn't an option, try something similar to that. It won't only help the HDD but the whole system. In the situation that you're already using such kind of cooling, then try to add some passive heatsink to the HDD. It'll help spread the heat and cool off more easily.

I do not think the software is causing it to overheat. The software you've downloaded does not measure the temperature of your hard disk but the temperature of your PC processor. The one that heats a lot is the CPU processor because it is there where most of the computing and processing of data happens.

When the processor heats up a lot what technicians usually do is place this some kind of a coolant between the processor and the cooling metal attachments. It is some kind of a toothpaste looking ointment they place in between the processor and the heat conductor. You can ask about that with computer technicians so they can replace the original coolant that was placed on your processor. It could be that the coolant has already dried out and got brittle already that needs to be replaced.

First make sure ur SMPS is good then make sure the correct voltage is given if u want a u can add a coolant to ur motherboard,check the alternating current

speed of pc is not affected that way ther must be someother ways

try to keep your computer in ac place,because if you keep your computer then there are very less chances to happen this ,and same time you can open your side cabin then it will also reduce heat of hard disk.

Install a very good cooling system. I think I saw one in Youtube videos, a cooling system made up of running water in a tube. That's a good computer cooling system to try!
