Was it a UFO or a country trying out their missiles?

Im watching the news last night and they show what looks like a missile with fire shooting out and lots of smoke. It was seen on the coast of Newfoundland, East Canada. The tv station called our Military Department to find out if they were sort of testing missiles but they said they werent (doesnt mean its true) Then later on, France said they did some missile testing but it couldnt have been THEIR missiles (apparently they tested more than one).
How would you react if you had another country flying missiles over your head? I dont think its something Id like to see when I look up in the sky.
What about you??

No missiles here, but last year at some point the Russians were testing there new fighting planes over Northern Norway and nearly crashing with some civil aircraft. Problem is that they don't say when they're coming as it is supposed to be secret, but then I think they could stay on their own side of the border. It's not really anything interesting to spy on on the Norwegian side of the border, and I doubt there's something very interesting that far north in Finland either.
I suspect they knew whether it was their missile or not, they just wouldn't say, or they should find themselves some new tracking device.

Not that weird really. Firstly, they could be testing some of those airplanes that don't show up on the radar. Secondly, it's in the middle of nowwhere, there's no bigger cities around up there in the north. Of course, that's also one of the reasons that small private planes are popular, it's easier to get a flying permit for them so there's still some people to see the intruders or possibly come to close to them :-/
I think the airspace over more populated areas is better monitored nowadays.

I sure hope it is. Who knows what might be flying over our heads right now.
As for what they saw in the sky......it was over a city. And nobody knew about it, not even our Government.........oh true our Government is on vacation now....at our expenses. I need to get a seat as a Senator.

Hello Torunn,
Oh I know most countries do test missiles or jets or whatever they need to test, but I thought that since 911 most countries would have better radars and know whats flying over their respective country? Dont you find it strange that just about anything can fly over a country and the military has NO idea about it? No wonder they could fly airplanes smack in NY on 911. Nobody is checking, nobody is guarding our airspaces. Isnt that a bit scary?

Apparently its from France (the country) you know the tiny president they have there? I think he likes playing with his toys just a little too much for my taste. He should be more relaxed like ours......hey our big man loves to spend time in royal bathrooms and smoke some weed.

Why do you have me choke on my coffee? We love to make fun of him here. I see him as a midget always in a very bad mood. The grouchy midget playing with his live frisbeezzzz......our country banned one of their presidents before.....I think they're very close to doing the same with him lol. Oh hell.....maybe thats what happened already and now they got him mad, jacked up on his stool to be taller and he's sending us missiles!!!

Hi MagicalBubbles, I've also heard about this and I think the Canadian government should be reacting. Apparently it is France testing Missiles. The problem here in Canada is the minority government has closed parliament again. I'm sure if the House of Commons was sitting, there would be an uproar from the opposition. I don't think France or any other country should be doing this. Blessings.

Hello Pose,
Well they asked the opposition and they didnt even know!!! So they dont even read the news or watch tv and Im pretty sure most of our politicians arent even in the country right now. Its probably them being interviewed from the Barbados, with a false background. Im really surprised that even the military isnt keeping an eye on our airspace. Totally ridiculous if you ask me. We're like an open game.
