What Constitution Was He A Professor Of? |
| |
| If Obama was a Constitutional law professor maybe he would have read this line, "Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech"? If he had read this line what does he think that means? | | | | | |

| | Obama has keep his Harvard records under lock and key so we know nothing of his grades nor how he paid for his expensive education,I don't think he has as much worked even at a burger joint in his life. It is my understand Obama plans to over turn the decision of the United States Supreme court because they got it wrong,Obama will set them on the right path, yes he can!!! | | | | | | |

| | "Obama has keep his Harvard records under lock and key so we know nothing of his grades nor how he paid for his expensive education," And that equals what, Rose? What business is it of yours or anyone else's? My records at the University of Maryland are not open to the public either but that doesn't mean that I didn't go there or that I didn't do well. As far as the recent decision by the Supreme Court goes...you really need to somehow get some understanding of the big picture. If you want your next senator sponsored by big business...bought and paid for...you're worse than I thought. | | | |

| | As I've said many times before, I believe he has thoroughly studied the constitution. He's studied it the same way a general studies the opposing army or a terrorist studies national security. | | | | | | |

| | Taskr Who ever he really is I do believe he has greatly weaken his presidency,he looked like a shrinking man to me during the state of the union, his message was all over the place, but the bottom line more big spending an as Pelois say's they will go over the fence, under the fence or parachute in what ever it takes they will get health care passed. Boosting no ear marks but he signed in to law 9,000 he slams the lobbies, lost count how many he has at his side, spanks the banks and I found him under the sheets with them,Oh well yes we can, hope we can believe in. | | | |

| | Perhaps you should write and ask him. What I am opposed to is an "entity"...a corporation...a union...a special interest group...being afforded the same rights to freedom of speech that was bestowed upon the CITIZENS of this country. | | | | | | |

Spalladino that is some great logic. So if the great Spalladino calls you a special interest group, an entity you do not deserve rights. Okay so let us apply this logic. The Baptist church, the Catholic church, the Methodist church, and the Scientologist church does not have any right, special interest and entities. The Elks Log, Freemasons, Boy's Scouts, Girl's scouts, the PTA, the VFW, and on and on does not have any rights, special interest and entities. Once again CONGRESS SHALL NOT MAKE ANY LAW ABRIDGING FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Maybe you and Obama should reread that a couple of times, because there is no exceptions in there. | | | |

| | What fine, upstanding examples you picked...intentionally I'm assuming. Do you really want the oil companies, the banking and finance industry, large labor unions, etc. to have the unlimited ability to flood the airwaves with campaign ads? Do you want lobbyists representing special interest groups to have the ability to hold the threat of corporate funded attack advertising over an elected official's or a candidate's head? Do you want the candidates themselves...as well as the people who personally donated to their campaign...silenced because the playing field is no longer level and they can't get airtime? Corporate executives should not be able to influence the voting public directly with advertising paid for from the profits the company earned by those who have no say so in the content of the ads. Watch and see what happens, gewcew...and keep in mind that the general view is that this will benefit the Republican party more, of which I've been a member for over 30 years, so my concerns about this ruling are not partisan in any way. | | | |
