The super bowl  

I just want to really see the commercials. L.O.L. I really don't care for either team this year and If I did I don't even know which one I would want to win. Good luck your shopping that sounds like a good idea and your right no crowds!!!

I only like sports when I'm in the stadium On TV, not so much. I'll be trying to catch up on e-mails on which I've gotten so very far behind.

I usually tape it so I can watch the commercials. It's one of the rare times all year that I don't TiVo past commercials. Then I usually watch the last few minutes so I can see some happy people doing funny things.

No shopping today, the streets are a mess and it started to snow again a couple hours ago--nothing heavy, but it'll accumulate. Have fun shopping!

We are going to our annual "superbowl party" at our friend's house (they have a big screen TV). I don't even know who is playing this year. Football is not my thing. But I go along because there is lots of great food and several other women who are there merely to socialize. We also love watching the great commercials!

My kids are going to our church's youth group superbowl party. They project the game onto the big screens in our gym and the kids have all sorts of fun activities lined up too.

My son is in jail, I hope to visit him. He and his (estranged) wife have lost their house, it is supposed to be empty by tomorrow. She may or may not allow me to get some more of his stuff. Fun, right.

Hi savypat! My b/f has made quite the spread for the game. He loves sports and I like to watch sometimes too. We will be eating like pigs and cheering on the Colts. I actually enjoy the commercials during the super bowl. Pizza is huge but we are having..lil smokies...spinach dip and sweet bread...Jalepeno poppers(not for me), chicken chunks and shrimp. I can't wait...mmm

Hey pat! I'm "listening" to the game right now! Roomate has
it on in the livingroom! I will watch the second half! I am
a diehard football fan, but my team (Giants) aren't playing so
not as much fun! I am routing for the Colts since the Giant's
Quarterback's brother is the Quarterback for the Colts! So,
I guess that's as close as I can get to having a little tiny
piece of the Giants winning! I can see Eli Manning routing
for his big brother from the private box every now and then
just like Peyton Manning did when the Giants won the Superbowl!
I have been a Giants fan since I was a kid! I also love the
Yankees and the Knicks and Lakers! So football, baseball and
basketball are serious to me. I really understand the games
and the calls! When I was a kid my brother and father wouldn't
let me watch with them because I would always be screaming at
the referees!

i only stay at home using computer and watch TV and share this good weekend time.i want to make me relax and dont do anything.

I am more like you. I am not interested in football very much.I'll do my own things such as shopping,surfing the internet and playing with my friends.

I am with you pat. In Australia I guess the equivalent to the Super Bowl is the Australian Rules Football Grand Final when the nation literally stops for it. People have parties, the hotels put up giant screens and me, I do the same as you, I go shopping, because it is nice and quiet because of course everyone is watching the match. I don’t do football either.
