Does your dog go in your garbage?

My dog has done that a few times, too. Whenever I have bones or other food waste, I put it in a bag I keep in the freezer. When the garbage goes out, so does the bag. That way there is nothing tempting in the garbage for him. Although he did raid my wastebasket in the bedroom once, I don't know why because it only had used tissues in it. I did not put my garbage out today since there was so much snow on the ground but it's cold enough that I can put it on the back porch when it is full.

I have three dogs and only one of them go into the rubbish to see if anyone has left anything,then if he finds something in there another one of my dogs will then take it off him and eat it them selves.The worst thing they have ever eaten that made me feel really sick was the inside of a dirty nappy.They say there is alot of goodness in a babys poop,thankfully all of my children are out of nappys now so i will never see the dog eat it again.Yuk.

My dog never gets in the trash. He is a really good dog and knows he will get treats and food from me. He doesn't need to be digging in the trash to fnd his goodies. I used to hae a trash that used to go in the trash. That was kind of a pain.

One of my dogs gets in the garbage all the time. Even or neighbos since we can't keep him in the yard. I have even found other things in my yard like a nozzle that goes on the end of a hose and several play ball. But the garbage thing gets on my nerves.

My older male dog has never done that, but my seven month old female puppy is awful. I don't like the garbage can in the house, so we had to put a child gate around it on the back porch to keep her away from it. She took garbage bags, empty new ones, and dragged them all over the yard, we have to store shoes in a sealed bin so she can not get them. She is something else.

How about giving your dog toy to distract him for not taking garbage and if your dog eat his poops he must be have a big appetite
