Bad days!!  

Yes, Ice, I know these days very well..I too, have them, and it seems one thing after another happens.
Usually what I do to make myself feel better after a long bad day..if I can..I try to take my mind off of the bad day, by perhaps watching a nice movie and I forget about the bad day even if only for a few hours. I make some nice warm drink like hot tea or hot chocolate and get a blanket and curl up and comfort myself..it is all I can do.
If I have a phone, sometimes I do not have access like you, I try to call a helpline..nice listening ear.
The other day was not so good for me either..as I nearly lost my temper and that always drains me and makes me feel down.
The key is to do what you are doing..talk about it here with friends on myLot or in email or at least talk to anyone.
We are here Ice..we know too how the bad days go, believe me...life is sooo not a bowl of cherries sometimes.
But think, we can laugh here Ice! Hugs and lots of them..if I was there, I would take your coat off, fix your hair, and polish the nails and make you feel good again dear friend!
Tomorrow will be another day and maybe really fun and good! I am so sorry to hear about your day.

please watch this movie "what the bleep do we know?". its quantum physics, about how you can control what happens to you through your thoughts i swear to God it is so true through the whole movie i was just like "yes yes thats me!!!" very interesting and riveting please look it up it is a must watch...lol as for your bad day, think about this?? whats the WORSt that could happen..all you can do is just laugh it off at this point!!! lol

It happens to all of us and i guess the best thing is to... let me think... well we should concentrate on the positives and if they really aren't any on that day, the best solution is... to go to sleep early :D and hope the next day will be better.

I have had bad days of course, just like anyone else, like when i had to go to the post office on a blizzard day just to find out it was closed on that date (even IF the NOTICE from them said to come THAT day); or the time was trying to go and buy some stuff for the house at a hypermarket and the tram ran out of power in one of the passages in the city... we were stuck for half an hour there... and so on and so forth... i am sure there are others more bad than this, but those came to mind at this hour.

Those are the days when I just drop everything, and go off to the coffee shop to read and relax. If things aren't going to go well at home or at work, if I'm having one of those bad days, I might as well just go somewhere nice, and do something that I know is not going to fall apart. Thank God the cafe is right up the street.

I know those kinds of days too. Just remember that it won't last, and a better day is coming. As they say, this too shall pass.

Focus on the positives, try and control your destiny as much as you can.

hi icesmile oh yes I think most of us have been there at least as few
times. I think once onething goes wrong, we get nervous and start making a few errors, and then things escalate., I got up this one morning late, the access bus that was supposed to pick me up was sitting in back of my apt. honking its horn so dressed and hurried out so I could make my appointment with the physical therapy place, got in the bus, and half way down the ten blocks, we were held up by a car accident with sirens blaring ambulance the whole lot. so got to the physical therapy place and signed in .the attended looked a bit surprised. Mrs Hatley she said, your appointment is not until next thursday at this time. i said no no I had it down for today. but I dug out my appt card and sure enough, i was a week early. the bus had already left and I was stuck there for an hour. I climbed back down the stairs, tripped, hurt my arm. I managed to walk to my doctors office as it was really hurting and he was sick. well now it quit hurting so bad so turned arou nd and asked them to call access and got them to come as soon as possible and take me home.got home and found I had missed a call from a dear friend,. Then went to count my money and I had paid the access driver an extra dollar so I had one dollar left,. by then I just g ave up , ate some chocolate with a bowl of ice cream and vegged out in front of the tv. myson came home late from work to find me sound asleep , His amused voice woke me when he said wouldnt you be more comfortable in bed>? so I went to bed and could not fall asleep,end of a perfect awful day.

yes i am also thinking that according to you yours day was unlucky for you but don't worry every day is not equal next will be a good just think positive go ahead but this is a unforgettable mistakes or matter that you never forget it.

that is one big mess up day.. usually when u tell the story to others they will give you comforting words... well its human nature.... and since i am human then i am giving one also... take the incident as fate... someone or something is testing u.. and u should always give the best..huhu...and i pray that you will always have a better day then the previous one..
