White House staff are said to become nervous whenever Vice President Joe Biden finds himself in front of a microphone. That nervousness will now increase.
As he returned from his lunch break to yesterday’s health reform summit, Mr Biden was overheard telling a companion: “It’s easy being Vice President. You don’t have to do anything.”
A microphone on a TV camera operated by CSPAN, the public service broadcaster, then picked up another voice saying, “It’s like being the grandpa and not the parent.” The Vice President replied: “Yeah, that’s it!”
ROFLMAO - I really dont know what to say.
What is your opinion?
Explains a lot I think

LOL...sounds about right. I mean really...what does the vice president do? Not much. The VP is the just in case guy....meaning he stands around and waits...does not do anything much...but is kept in reserve in case something happens to the president.
Biden has a plum job...good pay...good benefits...no real work required.

That pretty much sums it up. Having a Vice President is necessary but there really isn't much for him to do...except for going into hiding in an undergroud bunker in an undisclosed location during an emergency...and then there's the voting thing...
