It seems that the woman the President use as a symbol of the need for the Health Care bill is being treated at one of the Nations leading Hospitals for her treatment. A spokesman for the clinic said that she would not lose her home and they would not put a lien on her home because she was eligible for the state Medicaid Program and for help from a Charitable fund at the clinic.

Like the family with 2 children that was center stage at the start of this process we find that their plight is not as bad as we are made to believe. Who is giving out disinformation?

0bama and the filthy lying Liberals are the one's giving out misinformation om every issue including healthcare.
The fact is that even if healthcare passes, the costs will still go up.

I heard a blurb about this yesterday and got a little irked. Then I read a little more onit, including this article and got more than irke, I went striaght to out right pyssedd off. this is not even close to the first time the president has done this. It's a pretty slime ball thing to do.
Apparently this woman didn't know she was eligable for mediaid, or that the hospital has a 100 million dollar funded assistence program of it's own....this highlights a HUGE point I have been trying to make for a few years. That a lot of the so called "30 million" or "50 million" (or what ever the figure of the day is) people who who don't have health insurance simply do not know they are eligable for other things or don't even know they exist. And apparently this woman claims she did not even really know much about what medicaid was, let alone the hospital had money on reserve for such ocaisions.
So Mr. President...either you are utterly uninformed about them as well (this is doubtfull).....or you saw opportunity to expoit this woman and jumed on it. Shame on you sir. That was absolutely vile and sleazy.

Every hospital or medical clinic I have dealt with has a person on staff to help you with insurance or with government programs when you are admitted. Like the IRS tax forms it is very difficult to file for these programs. My wife has to file for disability. In her job she used to write public and private grants for funding and she has trouble figuring out the forms. I can see why people, even educated people, would have difficulty doing it and when you start the process the first letter you get is a rejection letter. We followed up and were told that that was routine.
Just remember the most feared words you can hear "I am from the government and I am here to help you"

Obama's staff is completely incompetent if they can't find one true story of distress caused by lack of health insurance. Maybe they can't find any that are dire enough to elicit the desired outrage. The bottom line is that by lying to us, Obama shows that he doesn't respect the voters, he doesn't care about the truth, he doesn't care about the facts or even putting a good policy into place - he cares about winning. He has to win, no matter what he has to do in order to win.
