Where did you put your toys when you were a child?  

Yeah, there was a good reason to keep your toys safe as they are the most valuable things a child has. Now I liked animal figurines the most. I was absolutely in love with rhinos. This is quite strange. I really don't understand why I went on buying so many rhino toys. Probably I liked their strength and peaceful nature. I still love animals. Wow! That is quite an interesting response. Yes, children have lots of bad dreams, as their tiny minds are always filled with strange imaginations. I think my emotions were successfully released through my games and it felt great to dream about them even when I was asleep. Thanks so much for your response.

Yes, sometimes we just don't wanna grow up. We kinda force ourselves in doing this as the entire world expects us to grow up. It is an imposition indeed. But we always carry with us a small child. In every heart it plays, laughs, runs wild and cheers with wild joy. In every heart there is a child, who is always free to do anything he wants. thank you. i am just imparting the truth about me.... when i was i child i dont buy toys. i made my own toys. i could just remember how my friends and i made some toy cars out of empty cans...how sad, i miss my homeland..

but i never blamed my parents of being poor.. it challenged me to soar high in everything i do... poverty taught me to be independent and a well rounded individual. i learned to earn a living in any GOOD forms... i am blessed i am poor and i am proud i am poor...

Really great thinking. I don't know about independence, but poverty builds your character. It makes you strong. There is a reason to believe that those from wealthy background are more prone to mental instability and confusion in adverse situations, as they hardly ever grew the habit. Being acquainted with reality in your very early life leaves a scope for a great improvement.

LOL Toys are never lost dear. They have made your childhood. You may not be aware but all your toys are very well preserved in your childhood memories. As long as you will remember your childhood days, you will be reminded of your toys. They are quite inseparable part of it. And who knows, may be you are still carrying a child inside your heart. Every child has a toy......toys don't have to be costly. There are toys made of mud and clay or even cheap plastic ones.....and every child plays with them....Now don't tell me you did not even play with ball.......

I totally agree with apsara60 here. Even if you didn't have any toys, I would presume that the entire nature was your own playground. God himself provided such a great toy for you that you never actually needed any toy. You were fortunate as most of us weren't so close to nature or weren't quite able to understand its beauty on those days. That is why we needed toys. You didn't. Thanks so much for your response.

I have been observing you. I think you don't respond to all discussions. You wanna comment only on those that perfectly suits your taste, and I am happy to provide one such discussion to you. The story of your doll was quite amazing. I didn't like pretty dolls on those days. I liked rather masculine, strong dolls. Of course, now that I am grown up, I like pretty faces . But things were entirely different back then. 'A cloth bag, with nice mirror work on it'. Thats so cool. I feel ashamed to be such disorganized about my toys. I used to leave them scattered all over the place even after my game was over. My mom knew how I loved these toys, so she used to put them in a safe place for me. I still cherish those good old days. They were wonderful, like fairy tales. Thanks so much for this wonderful response.

Even without looking at your id I can tell that you are a man. Boys are usually not so organized in their childhood as girls are. Though I loved my toys very much, I never mind putting them in an organized way. My mom knew all about it, so she put them in a safe place. I had a huge trunk, but once a toy is out of it, I never put it back in it. I thought that that trunk was a horrible place for people to stay. I even thought that the place may suffocate my tiny soldiers and they may get sick. Thanks so much for your response.

I was never much organized, thought my parents tried to teach me a several times, but I never stopped being clumsy about my things. My mom used to organize things for me. Even she has to do it now. I wonder what my life would be without her. I know I should manage on my own. Its not about those toys anymore. My mom used to put them in plastic bag once I finished playing. She told me everyday to keep things in safe place, and everyday she had to do that herself. Thanks so much for this wonderful participation.

Well I had many dolls. I really liked to play with them. They were mostly soldiers. Fearsome used to be the villains and the most charming and handsome one was always the hero. There were princess too, as it was mandatory to have one as in fairy tales. But these princess mattered less. What was important was the victory of this nice young soldier, the hero. I had goblins and ugly looking dolls that were usually accomplices of the villain. I really miss those good old days. Thanks so much for your response.
