Do you use CRT or LCD monitors?  

LCD is much more better because it displays more clear and it is not that harmful in our eyes compare to crt.

The one that we are using in our office its all lcd.

Hi there. I am using an LCD monitor. It is more energy saving and has less damage to the eyes. I used to get eye strains when exposed to prolonged use of CRT monitors that's why I bought an LCD which is much easier to the eyes.

I used LCD monitor and I noticed that the graphic or screen resolution quality is not as good as CRT. But on the other hand LCD is less spacious and less power consumption compared to CRT monitor. But if you would ask me I prefer to use CRT monitor because my eyes feel more comfortable on using it.

well for me i have a laptop LOL, but in my opinion LCD is much better than CRTD we all know that, new technology is invented for a better and not for worst, LCD saves more electricity than CRTD and also LCD emits less radiation than CRTD

I have a CRT monitor for my desktop computer. I plan to replace it with an LCD monitor by the end of this year. I am changing more for the Green IT reasons as an LCD monitor uses less electricity than CRT monitors.

using LCD is way much more better than CRT. It's like taking when step into the future using LCD and one step back if you are using CRT. LCD saves space and energy plus it does not strain your eye to much compared to CRT. Plus, LCD last way much more longer....well actually it depends on what brand you buy. If your thinking bout getting LCD or CRT, don't think and just get LCD..=)

I do use a CRT monitor and I consider it good enough to do tasks as brilliantly as an LCD. But CRT do consume more electricity.

I think the LCD are better - lighter weight and they use less energy.

However, at home I am still using crts because the ones I have are still working well and I don't believe in replacing something that is still doing a good job just because something better comes out. When our crt monitors fail, then we will replace them with LCDs.

Well I was using CRT monitor for 10 years but for the past 3 months I'am using LCD as the old one got broken. And I think it's better than CRT. :)
