For laptop users, which do you prefer: Touch pad or Mouse? |
| |
| I think the touchpad is really nice to use, but sometimes my hand and fingers get hurt if I use it for a long period of time. So I just bought a USB optical mouse, and it's a little bit more comfortable and easier to use. So what do you prefer? A touch pad or a mouse? | | Laptop Touch Pad | | | | |

| | I like using the mouse much better. I guess I am just more used to it than the touchpad. My next laptop will also have the numbers at the side like a regular keyboard. I hate looking for them at the top. | | | | | | |

| | Same here, I prefer using the mouse rather than the touchpad. Its easier to control and click since I'm really used to it. | | | |

| | I went and bought an optical mouse. I tired of using the touch pad. Sometimes it would be slow and if you use it too long in the same spot the response time slows to. Besides that you already use your fingers to type so I find it cumbersome to also be moving it back and forth to click and all that too. Yay for mice! | | | | | | |

| | I always use the touchpad. I didn't think I'd get used to using it but now I'm very used to it and use it all the time. I now find it very easy to use and it never aches my hands. | | | | | | |

| | I like the touch pad, but I don't like using it for long periods of time. It tires out my fingers, and it feels like my middle finger (the one I use for the touchpad) is getting burned out due to the endless rubbing/sliding. | | | |

| | well, i dont have laptop yet but i have tried using laptops... if you are in a hurry, you better plug in a mouse but if you are not in hurry you can use the touch pad. however, i am more comfortable using the mouse of course.. | | | | | | |

| | Lol, I didn't buy a wireless one because I'm currently low on budget. Haha, but I've always wanted one, so I guess I'll buy a wireless mouse one of these days. :D | | | |

| | I always keep my touchpad locked..lol. 'coz I tend to touch it accidentally every time I type, so the cursor keeps on pointing different keys that just interrupts my typing.. so ever since, I've been using my run-on-shine optical mouse, its so cool that it is small enough and has a adjustable wire which makes is very portable, it was a bday gift for me from a close friend.. | | | | | | |

| | That happens to me sometimes, too, although not too often. But it really can be a hassle when that happens. Lol. | | | |
