| |  Hello tankut and welcome to myLot. If you take too many vitamins it is just as bad as not getting enough. I prefer to get most of mine from foods I eat. I do take extra calcium with vitamin d. I know I don't get enough from my food. One needs to take vitamin D with calcium in order for the calcium to be absorbed. Other than that I stick to getting them from vegetables.

| |  I'd take Spirulina. It's full of nutrients like Beta Cartone and I find the it's great for your skin and lifts my mood if I have an energy slump in the afternoon.
The other supplement I wouldn't be without is Magnesium because it helps reduce my migraines.
Failing that it would have to be a pretty good multi vitamin with all the trace nutrients that your body needs.

| |  I would take Vitamin D. I can get enough of everything else if I eat organic food (which I do for the most part), but living in the northern half of the US, we don't get enough sunshine to make Vitamin D and I don't get out as much as I would like to even at that.
