The absolute best natural remedy is to lose weight and get more exercise. Top that with using raw garlic, drink concord grape juice, eat foods high in potassium (but don't overdo it; your body needs a balance of potassium and sodium), learn to relax thoroughly several times each day, drink a lot of water and get enough sleep.

Interesting. It seems a natural cure for high-blood pressure is ginger, garlic and pepper (chili pepper?). Also it is known that foods rich in saturated fats need to be avoided .. It seems these fats from four-legged animals are to be avoided ..I think it should be added that chicken fat be also avoided.
That's how I remember it.

for high blood pressure, of course the first thing that you should do is to have discipline with your food intake. avoid eating fatty and salty foods. eat foods that help lower blood pressure and cholesterol such as oatmeal and pineapple. drinking green tea or boiling lemon grass and drinking the juice of it also help. exercise regularly, it will not only help you with your high blood pressure but it will bring you more health benefits. i hope you better health and good luck!

here in our country, some of the old people that have high blood pressure eats garlic, they say it's more effective when you eat it raw than cooked or fried.
my grandpa takes that also when he feels some high blood coming up, he said it makes blood pressure normal.
some Chinese herbs also might help.

Unless there are other contributing factors causing the high blood pressure, I really believe it can be controlled by your diet. If you take away all the processed foods and eliminate salt and fried type foods, and add back into it veggies and fruits then your blood pressure should drop!

Every living person has blood pressure, you need to let us know if it is High or Low!! High blood pressue can be fixed by pills from a doctor, cutting out fat and salt. Low blood pressure can be fixed by eating more salt, pills from the doctor and eating a fattier diet.
Your doctor should have told you how to control your blood pressure.
