Does Grapefruit BURN FAT?

i heard that either grapefruit or the juice burns fat? is this true?

I don't think that any one particular food burns fat. To burn fat, you have to take in fewer calories than your body requires to function. There is no quick easy fix.

I think that is probably because it is very low in calories and acts as a natural diuretic (you can get that same benefit from adding lemon juice to your water). Not positive but I think that it is also high in fiber so it will keep you fuller longer. Good luck

I've heard the same thing! But I haven't seen any kind of proof that it's possible. I hate grapefruit and how it tastes though (unless it's covered in sugar), so it would have to burn A LOT of fat to convince me to eat it on a regular basis
