In our day to day activities, there are times when we stop and think about the days that have gone and the day we are about to face... and sometimes, we feel burn out. We feel restless but we just cannot stay in that period for a long time as people around you are depending on you... so how do you recover from a burnout? and how do you avoid this feeling (if you can)?

Burnout simply means you aren't getting enough rest. First step is to pick one day in seven and do absolutely nothing. GET BORED!!!! You will find just one day of getting bored will allow you to work long hours the rest of the time. Remember to get 7 to 8 hours sleep every night along with eating healthy meals. Don't say you are too busy to do this. Plan it. Tell those around you; I'll do that tommorrow. It's my day off. You will discovered you can get things done much easier and quicker than the way you are doing now.

well certain people cause us to get annoyed and we might want to keep our distance from them at times. i've actually found a great way to get some recovery in. i actually call body maintenance because I can sleep so long with it. i take something called phenibut every 2 weeks before going to sleep and i'm out for like 24 hours. it doesn't work like that if you take it everyday though because the strength wheres off so i only take around once a week or every 2 weeks. i wake up feeling refreshed and its actually suppose to boost growth hormone levels which is another cool thing about it.
