Compare to the opening ceremony, closing ceremony seems to be less important. Will you still watch it? If it is a big show and usually I will watch it. Tomorrow is the closing ceremony for the Asian Games in my city. I wonder how many people will be interested in watching it.

Hi youless! It's an international sporting event, only once in four years. It's worth watching. I'll watch it with as much enthusiasm as the opening ceremony and the daily highlights of the Games.

Hope it's as spectacular as the opening. Is that where you live? You would have a great opportunity to see it live in the stadium.

Compared to the open and closing ceremony,I would rather to see the game process, the ceremony have nothing actual meaning and just as somebody has said,it has cost lots of money,it is just used to meet the showing purpose,so I hardly watch it,though I am a chinese!

I agree with you. Actually as a Cantonese, I don't like the Asian Games was held in my city because it cost a lot and it brought many inconvenience to the local people.

Thanks for the reminder. I normally like the opening ceremony more than the closing ceremony of any big sport events. There are more interesting events on the opening ceremony but I will nevertheless watch the closing ceremony tomorrow since it is a free day for me.

hi youless while I could not watch your closing ceremony I always watch the Olympic closing ceremony as its always different. I would loved to have watched yours but could not get it on our American television. This must have been a lot of fun to watch, the Asian games as I know I love watching the Olympics for sure.

I have not the least interest in both opening ceremony or closing ceremony. I do not know why.I just do not like ceremonies. I think most of them are dull.

I don't like watching the closing ceremonies because they seem very perfunctory. And, the athletes are always so tired, but happy. You know they just want to go home to celebrate the win with their family. The entertainment of the closing ceremony is more of an after thought. Still, if there were nothing on television (or if I had paid for the show), then I would watch. But, there is so much else to watch online. I could just as easily go to Hulu or Netflix and watch a TV show or movie.

I think the closing ceremony for the Asian Games is still good because our government wants to be perfect from the beginning until the ending. As a citizen, I don't like it very much because it has cost a lot already.

I had watched a part of the opening ceremony of the Games, the cultural part and i will certainly try and watch the closing ceremony if possible.Since the time is ahead of my country i will have to watch the recorded tape which will be shown on our local sports channel.

i usually don't attend the closing ceremony because usually it drains my energy and i find it boring. sorry to say that...esp to those who usually give the closing ceremony. so when i also handle the closing ceremony i expect people to be lesser. that is reality here.
