I love cats. They do some of the craziest things. Yesterday, my little boy, Lucky, knocked down the Christmas tree and all I could do was laugh. See, the tree is fake, and the ornaments are unbreakable. He had a cute "guilty look" on his face when he did it, he did mean to do it and he did think that it would fall down.

I'm glad to see that my cats aren't alone in loving to sit and look out the window at the birds. As I am typing this response to you, Buttercup (our older kitten) is sitting on top of my husband's computer tower staring out our back window at the wildlife in our back yard. It typically seems to be that whenever it is daylight one of the two cats is almost always sitting up there looking out at the birds and squirrels. I'll definitely have to take some pictures of them doing it.

My cats love to watch the birds, bugs and squirrels, they really like those "roof rats"! We have a feeder that we sometimes put food in for the critters and once Ping reached out and TOUCHED a squirrel's tail! I don't know who was more surprised! The squirrel or PING!

I forgot your cat was a she.Cats I think all are really good bird watchers and probably are thinking oh my thats a tasty bird.yum. lol lol

Yes, the life of a cat. I have had cats around all of my life. I think that the birds come close especially in the Winter months. They are lovely to watch. I got a shot of a falcon on someone's fence. She is ready to get that bird. It is their nature and that will never change.
